Booking Terms

Booking and deposit

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to [TBD: 30%] of the total stay, due within 5 days of confirmation. The balance is due no later than [TBD: 14 days] before arrival. Payments by bank transfer or, on request, secure payment link.

Capacity

The apartment hosts a maximum of [TBD: 4] people. Any additional guest must be communicated and authorized before arrival.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from [TBD: 15:00], check-out by [TBD: 11:00]. Self check-in available after instructions are shared. Long-stay times are agreed directly.

Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% deposit refund.
• Between 30 and 14 days: 50% deposit refund.
• Less than 14 days: no refund.

In documented force majeure cases (hospitalization, bereavement, government travel bans), we consider alternatives such as rescheduling.

House rules

• No smoking inside or on the balcony.
• Pets: case by case, please ask before booking.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours respected (22:00-08:00).

Security deposit and damages

Direct stays may require a security deposit, refunded within 7 days after check-out subject to a walk-through. Any damage is documented with photos and quantified at restoration cost.

Tourist tax

The Municipality of Milan tourist tax is not included in the rate and is paid in cash on arrival or by transfer, at the rates in force.

Jurisdiction

The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction. Italian law applies.
